About the Position
At Linear, we help people get to and from their health appointments. We’re always looking for NEMT Operators within the following service areas: Eau Claire, Lacrosse, Wausau, Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh.

Responsibilities
- Driver must be willing to assist door to door members (may include heavy equipment lifting)
- Have a sense of urgency and be responsive towards our members
- Have a positive attitude with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Great awareness, mapping, and time management skills
- Complete all daily forms and logs on time
- Communicate and relay information with Linear Transit
- Report additional member needs to Linear Transit
- Maintain confidentially and practice caution and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Independent with great personal management skills, organized, and able to problem solve
Requirements
- Pass occupational health drug screen (randoms included)
- Provide usage of a reliable ambulatory vehicle (cannot be a two seater or two door)
- Finance personal travel expenses
- Operate varied hours (weekends may be included)
- Provide a clean hygienic environment
- Must pass Defensive Driving exam and be CPR and First-Aid certified (Linear Transit will provide the exams)
- Have up to date mobile device with data plan
- Perform and complete all assigned trips
- All NEMT contractors are required to have a clean background check
- Clean driving record (no DUI, DWI, OWI, OUI). Must have less than two traffic violations within the past three years. Must have had less than one vehicle accident within the past two years.
