About the Position
As a dispatcher, you will handle our call volume. You will provide live updates to our members, coordinate our drivers, and deliver accurate information to our team leaders.

Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls
- Forward calls to its designated areas
- Be responsive with our members at all times
- Ability to provide empathy and compassion towards members
- Independent with great personal management skills, organized, and able to problem solve
- Complete daily check list and entry data
- Communicate precise information with Linear Transit team leaders
- Record and report additional member needs to designated team leaders
- Practice caution when handling sensitive information
Requirements
- Pass occupational health tests (random included)
- Have a positive attitude with great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Understanding operation usage for all electronic work applications (computer, printer, copier, headsets, apps, etc.)
- Great keyboarding/typing skills, ability to use and understand email usage
