Linear Transit Dispatcher

About the Position

As a dispatcher, you will handle our call volume. You will provide live updates to our members, coordinate our drivers, and deliver accurate information to our team leaders.

  • Work only day time hours (7 am - 5 pm)

    • Handle all inbound and outbound calls
    • Forward calls to its designated areas
    • Be responsive with our members at all times
    • Ability to provide empathy and compassion towards members
    • Independent with great personal management skills, organized, and able to problem solve
    • Complete daily check list and entry data
    • Communicate precise information with Linear Transit team leaders
    • Record and report additional member needs to designated team leaders
    • Practice caution when handling sensitive information


      • Pass occupational health tests (random included)
      • Have a positive attitude with great interpersonal and customer service skills
      • Understanding operation usage for all electronic work applications (computer, printer, copier, headsets, apps, etc.)
      • Great keyboarding/typing skills, ability to use and understand email usage
